When people gain power, they are more inclined to hold onto it. Eventually, they die and their power is handed down to their children. These family's then become "Elite Bloodlines".
Instead of letting the Dollar collapse, the "Elite Bloodlines" have worked to create enough debt in every country, so that when the Dollar collapses, it will take all other currency's with it. These country's will no choice but to accept a new 'Single' currency.
